[Yaesu] Yaesu Warranty on FT100D

I won a new, still in the box FT-100D at a radio club raffle recently 
and since I don't have the purchase receipt is there a chance of getting 
warranty service should I need it, since I'm not the original 
"purchaser".  I haven't had any luck getting a copy of the club's 
receipt.  It has the warranty cards, etc. with it.
