It looks like you could order one of their cables: "D M21"
The M21 drawing is shown for the FT-990 (PKT and RTTY jacks)
but it should also work for the FT-1000D, FT-1000MP, MK V,
and Field. M21 will also work for the FT-920 in AFSK only
with the 4 pin plug unused.
