[Yaesu] 1000MkV poor CW sidetone

Hi all,
I'm quite pleased with my new MkV Field except for the clicky-sounding CW 
sidetone oscillator.
I haven't experienced this while using FT990 and TS930S with the same (good 
quality Hi-Fi)
headphones. Especially the FT990 had nice clear sidetone. Any ideas how to 
improve this?
