[Yaesu] Yaesu Ft-726r CTCSS Tone Board Settings

Does anyone have the DIP Switch settings for the FTE-36 
that is the tone encoder for the FT-726r.

I need to set it to 67 hz and know how to activitate it so I
can use it to access the FM Oscar Satellites.
