[Yaesu] Transverter mod for FT1000/Ft1000d

Seasons greetings to everyone.

I understand that someone out there has previously come up with a mod to
put a transverter output onto the FT1000/D. Does anyone on this list
have information on such a mod or can you point me to somewhere on the
web where I might find it?
