I bet you can easily find an equivalent. I entered "thermal fuse" in google.com
and got a whole bunch of manufacturers. Does the schematic or original part
show it's current/temp ratings?
Did you call Texas Towers?

Subject: [Yaesu] FT-1000MP display gone
Final chapter(?):
After a 20-minute long-distance hold on the phone, a Yaesu tech told me
they will not sell or replace the individual part (the thermal fuse)
but only the entire inverter (~US$50) PC assembly. The tech suggested
that I simply bypass the thermal fuse. Not entirely satisfying...but
since I had already done this to test the circuit, I suppose I'll just
leave it alone, button up the rig and get on with it.
