Hi Jeff, There are 4 lamps. The 3 bayonets for the fuse, meter, and dial
then the wire leaded one for the indicator.
I have no experience with Radio101 or getting parts. Perhaps someone else
on the reflector has. The accessories are pretty widely available at
hamfests, EBay, etc.
I have never seen a green FT101. Maybe it was repainted? I have both the
regular matching speaker and the speaker/phone patch. They and my FL-2100B
match my FT-101E and FR-101D. Even the original microphone (I think the # is
YD-844, it isn't marked) is gray.
Maybe someone else on the list can shed some light on the color of the
original FT-101.
