[Yaesu] FT1000 Shipping box and Maint man

I thought there was someone on the internet selling shipping containers for
various HF transceivers, but I can't remember where I saw the listing.  I am
looking for a Yaesu shipping box for my FT1000.........bought a used one
without the box.

Also looking for the Technical Supplement for the FT1000.
