[Yaesu] Yaesu Repairs outside of warranty??

I wonder if you guys know of anyone that does a good job of Yaesu repairs?

I have a FT-2500M who's xmit is bad.  I believe it is either the power module 
or the PIN diode used for T/R switching.  

The power module is about $90.00 add shipping a labor it isn't worth fixing.

I bought a FT-2600M for $150.00 new but it isn't as good of a radio.

Any experience with 3rd party repairs??
