The 600-Hz sub-receiver filter is not included with the FT-1000 and it's not
included with the FT-1000D either.

You are correct. There are three differences between the
FT-1000D and the FT-1000. The FT-1000D includes all of
the optional filters *EXCEPT FOR THE 250 Hz 3RH IF FILTER*,
the FT-1000D includes the BPF-1 "split band front-end
filter" for the sub receiver, and the higher stability
reference oscillator.
