Hi Folks, My elmers FT980 ran for 4hrs today. I'm talking to him now on 160m. He tells me his cooling fan on the FT980 come on and stays on. On my FT900 and FT1000D the fans cycle. Is the FT980 fan supposed to cycle as well? I would think yes. Wondering what the problem could be... thoughts, dave wa3gin -- FAQ on WWW: http://www.contesting.com/FAQ/yaesu Submissions: yaesu@contesting.com Administrative requests: yaesu-REQUEST@contesting.com Problems: owner-yaesu@contesting.com |
