[Yaesu] INRAD 70mhz preamp mod

I installed the 70 mhz mod in both of my MP's.  Some had reported just a
drop of about 2 divisions on the IF amp setting after installation.
However, mine went from 24 to 9 and 18 to 9 to achieve the same S meter
reading.  I havent had a chance to test  them on the air yet.
