[Yaesu] FT-990 ROM Version

To determine the software ROM version of the FT-990 hold the "1" and "3"
keypad buttons down at the same time that power is turned on.   This
puts the radio through a self-test and ends by displaying "YAESU" and
the ROM version.  

Computer control software had difficulty with ROM version 1.2.   This
was corrected in ROM v1.3.
