Subject: [Yaesu] transistor problem in 1000D
I need help to identify a transistor that sits on the LPF
board in the FT1000D, it is Q 7203. It is labeld N1A4M
and K308L.
Anyone know what it is, 2SK308 or what? Cant find
anything in my books, gotta be something else I can
put there instead.

It is a BA1A4M-T and is a transistor with two resistors built in. I have no
other information. NTE has replacements with both 10K and 4.7K resistors
built in.
Hope this helps. Jim KB8NN
