* Yes, the RX ANT does remain connected during xmit
Perhaps a little surprising in such a fine rig
* From the majority: That hasn't blown up any front ends (yet)
There are protective diodes to gnd
* From a minority: They worry about it, and implement further
protection, such as a device bought from ICE
