[Yaesu] FT-990 Hiss

Thanks to all who responded to my question about the *HISS* in the
FT-9990 rx audio. The general response was to do what I had been doing,
and that was to use the Digital Scaf filter built in or in a couple of
cases to use an external DSP unit like the DSP 599zx, 59+, or NIR-12. I
may persue that avenue as I have been wanting one anyhow. I think the
990 is one of the best value for money rigs around especially at some of
the used prices I've seen.
