[Yaesu] FT8500 Display greying out

Hello to the group. I am having a problem with my FT8500 display. It 
is remote mounted and occassionaly, when going over a bump, the 
display greys out. The radio still works fine, you just can't read 
the display. I have checked the connections and made sure the display 
head is seated in the remote mount properly. Has anyone else seen 
this happen?
