You can download the file from the AF4Z site but it hasn't been updated in over
3 years. Sure, names don't change and it wouldn't be a big deal to have SK's in
the file unless the call is re-issued.
The best thing to do is to create your own list with just people you actually
know.
I don't use friend.ini because I'm usually SO2R and the longer exchanges mess
up my timing. But I certainly have no problem with others using it. There have
been times when I was S&P and called someone and the only way I knew they were
coming back to me was because I saw my name (and didn't see my call).
