[WriteLog] WL 12.01 & Win 10

I hate to hear that some people are having problems, but I am running 12.01
with Win 10 and it has been flawless so far in general logging and in
hunting and pouncing in ARRL CW.  Just thought I'd throw out a positive
note so others won't be wary about upgrading.
