Not sure if this is a problem or not, but...
Running WL V11.32D with the new web update features. I went into WL and
clicked on File/Web Update Data Files... After doing so I looked at the
MASTER.DTA file in C:\ProgramData\WriteLog and searched for VER. The
version there was 20151202, not 20160102 which Stu indicates is now the
newest version. So I manually downloaded the new DTA files as I did prior
to 11.32D and GOT the latest version into C:\ProgramData\WriteLog.
On a hunch I then went back into WL and did the File/Web Update Data Files..
action again. As expected the DTA files were changed back to VER20151202.
I'm not sure where the bug is, but I thought this latest update fix was to
directly download the SCP DTA files from Stu's Super Check Partial web site.
It appears that WL is still getting the DTA files from someplace else.
Perhaps from the WriteLog web site which hasn't yet updated to the latest
version of SCP? Anyway I will again manually update the DTA files from
Stu's SCP site for the contest. Hope this isn't a big glitch for everyone.

Subject: [WriteLog] New Super Check Partial files available (VER20160102)(02
JAN 2016)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
And sincere thanks for all the logs! This release of SCP is generated from
5,127 logs – a new milestone. I would particularly like to thank the N1MM+
team for adding a feature that will make it very easy for you to email you
log to Super Check Partial when creating the Cabrillo version of your log
for contest submission. This has already led to a significant increase in
the number of submitted logs!
A New release of the Super Check Partial database files is available at:
http://www.supercheckpartial.com
Calls in the MASTER.DTA file: 46,362
If you would like to contribute your CABRILLO format logs for the SCP
database, please send them at any time.
The easiest thing to do is to bcc the following email address:
logs@supercheckpartial.com<mailto:logs@supercheckpartial.com>
...when you submit your log to the sponsor¹s robot after each contest.
Please DO NOT send ADIF files!
You can send more than one log attachment in a single email BUT PLEASE DON¹T
SEND THEM IN A ZIP file!
If you want to check the version of the SCP files you are using, look for a
call beginning with “VER". Every SCP file includes the version numberin the
list of calls in the format VERYYYYMMDD.
The next release of the database will be at the beginning of February, 2016.
Any requested changes or deletions of callsigns received by NOON PST on
February 1st, 2016 will be included in that release. Please send requests
to logs@supercheckpartial.com<mailto:logs@supercheckpartial.com>.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SEND ADD/CHANGE MESSAGES WITHOUT ATTACHED LOGS OTHERWISE
I PROBABLY WON’T SEE YOUR REQUEST due to the email processing robot.
Please let me know if you find any bad calls in the files.
Thanks again to all the contributors!
