[WriteLog] ARRL RTTY Roundup prefill files

I tried to load this file into my RR WL template.
I worked but gave no count and did not fill the QTH.
I opened this file in NOTEPAD and it just had some  stuff in it about the
dropbox
but not a single callsign.

Did I get a bad file, and was there an update one to fix this??
