[WriteLog] WriteLog 11.23L Installation

Hi Folks,

I’ve received a handful of reports that 11.23L is not installing correctly.  
I’ve asked several people to generate install logs for me to help track down 
the issue.  In the mean time, if you don’t have to upgrade - wait a day or so 
until we work out this installation opportunity.  :)
