[WriteLog] TQP summary sheet for mobile operation

I do not remember having this problem with an earlier revision.  11.21I will go 
back to 10.7 version.        Mobile CW operator covering many counties. When I 
run the summary sheet, it is showing the results for ONLY county.42 Qs in that 
county. I would like all the counties. MarkK5GQ/m
