I purchased an inexpensive 4-port serial PCI card off eBay a couple of years
ago. It works well, but is subject to RFI when running
high power on 17 meters.
I also own two Byterunner cards, a 4-port and 2-port, PCI serial cards. They
are very good and do not seem to be susceptible to RFI.
However, they are a bit pricey. You get what you pay for.

www.newegg.com:
search for "Serial PCI" - you'll find many 1, 2 and 4 port boards also "Serial
PCIe" if you need a PCIe board.
Byterunner:
http://www.byterunner.com/byterunner/new_frontpage=serial_parallel_cards
also have PCI serial cards in 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 port versions as well as and
PCIe cards in 2, 4, and 8 ports and PCI cards with
parallel plus 2 or 4 serial ports.
