Bud, that solution with C in Exchange field seems to work fine with me also.
Now, that I have mults visible in bandmap, I would like to have in my
exchange field only 2 fields (CALL and RCVD).
I don't like 'C' to occupie me when i press 'SPACE'. I wish to move with
SPACE only between two fields.
Can I get rid of that C? To pass it with SPACE and access it only by TAB?
I could done it somehow if I check C as it is RST.

Upon further experimentation, I have isolated the fix that makes the
country
multiplier highlights work correctly. It is subtle, but repeatable for
me.
Here is the procedure:
Go to the Contest Tab.
Select the "Exchange Format Setup."
You will get a prompt that says "You may either define the exchange from
scratch, or you may simply add more fields to the end of the exchange as
it
is defined now. Do you want to initialize ALL fields in the exchange?"
Select No.
You will get a pop-up entitled "Edit QSO Exchange Fields." Select the "C"
under in the "Exchange Fields:" box. Check the "Prompt. Include in the
QSO
entry prompt" box. Push Save, then OK.
You should see a "C" appear in the QSO entry box. The country multiplier
function should now be ok.

Yes, I see country multipliers appropriately highlighted in the spot
window
and bandmaps.

I always start with a new log. So that is not it.
The oblast multipliers are flagged in the spot window. Country
multipliers
are not. Are you saying that you could see the country mults in the spot
window?

Subject: [WriteLog] RDXC Country Multiplier - Perplexing but fixed here
I've been perplexed by the discussion of this issue. Several users
report that the country multipliers are not flagged in the packet spot
window or bandmaps. I had the problem and noted in my posting to the
reflector on 3/16/12.
The perplexing part is that other users report that multipliers are
correctly highlighted. I may have broken the code.
Normally when I setup for a contest, I select the "Browse for existing
log."
at Writelog startup, open the .wl file from the previous year, save it
with a new name and clear out the content. I probably have been using
the same RDXC template since 2003 as a result of this procedure.
This year, I started from scratch, i.e., I went to the "Start a new log."
at Writelog startup and selected "Russian DX Contest" from the "Writelog
Contest Selection" pop-up. I noted that the template now includes a
Country field in the QSO exchange box which I don't recall seeing in the
past.
Everything worked as it should, i.e., country and oblast multipliers were
flagged in the "Packet Spots" window and on the band maps.
My guess is that something changed in the RDXC template since 2003 and my
process of starting with the previous years' template prevented
introduction of this change.
Anyway, it worked great for me this year.
