Oh, that's one programmer dissing another. You see, in software engineering
(an oxymoron in some circles), one can make a case (upper or lower, doesn't
matter) based on mathematics, logic or religion. But it is forbidden to
argue based on politics, food preference or parental lineage. So that
message simply alerts Programmer A that her argument is not PC and can not
be accepted on a PC. Therefore the programming must stop. Simple, eh?

(Sorry, OM, I couldn't resist. Really, I don't know but it sounds like a
"lazy programming" situation. The program encountered a case that it
thought could not occur and for which it has not been set up to respond.)
