Ok, now I think I have another direction for you to go. The 10 Hz per mouse
click?, or turn of the mouse wheel, is the default in WL if nothing else is
specified. You have specified something else in the Configuration section
to no avail.
I didn't realize you were running a K3 until now, and while I don't have one
myself, I think there are many menu settings in that rig that have crossed
people up before. I would now focus on some menu setting in the K3 that is
preventing the radio from responding to the instructions coming from WL
about the mouse wheel movements. I have no idea where to look, but that is
the only thing that makes sense to me at this point.

So, still can't make this work. I verified I'm editing the right file
(thanks to Gary for pointing that out) and tried using the exact
casing (although the help file has MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ in all caps, and
I've tried that too). Other options I put there under [configuration]
work fine, but not this one.
I'm using Windows 7 with a K3, no matter what I set the value to I get
10hz per mouse click. Anyone else have this working with W7 and a K3?
