(not Digikeyer) available in Router via "Help | Download Documents"
or online at www.microHAM-USA.com/Support.html (select Digikeyer II).
You should set CW and PTT to "none" and configure a port (I use
COM3) for WinKey.

That is because Writelog asserts RTS on the CAT port when opening
most rigs that do not use handshake. See above to set CW and PTT
to none or edit WriteLog.ini as described in the Writelog help file
to prevent if from asserting PTT and DTR at start-up.

Please see the example configuration. MK2R is the SO2R controller.
CW Keyer Type should be set to K1EL WinKey and the port selected
in the CW column. SO2R Control should be "None".
