Go to "Setup > Ports" and check that you have the WinKey selected, and a 
Port selected for CW.

I have up-graded to 11.04a and now all of a sudden the cw messages will not
send. The rig keys but nothing is sent. I can key the rig with my keyer but
nothing with the program. Using Ft2000D and microHam keyer 2... help, wpx cw
