Thanks for the help in finding the Download button. I assume the purpose of
the new files you created are to handle the recent revision of Russian call
signs?
I renamed my old cty_rus.bin and cty_run.dat files to be backups and then
copied your new files into C:\ProgramData\Writelog. They seem to be working
correctly in WL by entering the oblast designator and identifying the call
as a mult in both the Entry window and BandMap. I don't think any install
action is needed, merely the presence of the new files. Hopefully that is
correct.
