Hmmm, I left all the DX QTH's blank, and copy/pasted into the 
NCJWeb site:
http://www.ncjweb.com/naqplogsubmit.php

The robot did not complain.

I hope I did it right...I just added the DX prefix to the blank 
QTH  field
and it went thru....
