[WriteLog] How to setup up DVK with TS-590S???

Anyone able to send Writelog wave files using the TS-590S USB or ACC2 PORTS? I 
hear the audio in the speakers, PTT keys xmitter, but no transmited audio. It 
is as if the mic audio is muted.
 
FSK and PSK work fine.
 
I tried the setup JG1VGX to no avail. I have both cables connected between the 
590 and the computer.
