Search the web for adif2cabr.exe.  If you need help I can find the  link.  
It was written by a Polish ham but I don't recall his website  offhand.
 
This may not mean much until you get it going but when you run it you must  
put APP_WRITELOG_RCVD
in the box below "serial received" and you must check "other  field".   
It's a bit of a hassle but this is a handy converter for  many contests where 
Writelog doesn't do Cabrillo.
 
If you need more specific help write back and I'll try to walk you through  
it.  
I got an email back from the Russians (mostly in Russian that I can't read) 
 that looks like they are accepting my log as generated from this program.
