[WriteLog] How to install RDA module from RDA web site?

I downloaded the third-party RDA (Dist) module from:

    http://rdaward.org/rdac1.htm

I tried to follow the directions, but when I tried to register the
.dll, it says:

    LoadLibrary("...\Writelog\Programs\RDA.dll) failed
    - The specified module could not be found.

I'm using WriteLog 10.87D and Windows XP SP3.  What did I do wrong?
