[WriteLog] ARRL Rookie Roundup RTTY - Fix

For those competing in the ARRL Rookie Roundup (RTTY), you will want to
update to a fixed version of the module.

Look for:  *ROOK_Aug_2011.zip* near the top of the page and follow the
listed instructions to upgrade.

Note that the change has only been tested on WriteLog 10.87 so if you're
using it on an earlier version, your results may vary.
