the Kenwood TS-590s works great in RTTY with the USB port and Hamradiodeluxe (
DM780) program, indeed no FSK via this USB port but with DM-780 included with
Hamradiodeluxe no problem to make RTTY or PSK-31 etc.
I use this combination also with the Icom trx IC-7200 and IC-9100 also with the
USB-port and DM-780. I use this combinations not in contesten or dx-pedities,
in that case I use a Microham Digikeyer with FSK.
