The WriteLog version 10.81 upgrade kit is now available for downloading at:
http://writelog.com/downloads/writelog-versions
This is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the full version
of WriteLog since October, 2009. (This excludes the "Newbie" software
license). If you are running an earlier version, go here to purchase a
new registration code: http://writelog.com/ordering
Here are the changes associated with this new release:
* Fix K3 rig driver to read split correctly
(TX/RX were reversed)
* Fix "local" spot in Packet window that appears when
you use STO button in S&P memory to correctly have
TX/RX frequencies for split (they were reversed)
* Update IAQP.INI file for IAQP.
* Enable override of RttyRite right click context menu
entries using [RttyContextMenuEntries].
* Fix bug that fails to finish transmitting a message
containing %C if the QSO is logged before the
callsign is sent.
* Add % sequences in message buffers that will
execute rig commands.
* Add the eight custom great circle databases from
www.country-files.com. The INI entries that control
Great Circle lookups are no longer in WRITELOG.INI but
instead are in GreatCircle.ini, which is always located
in WriteLog's Application Data directory. The directory
varies with operating system. It is c:\ProgramData\Writelog
on Windows 7.
* Fix %E processing for CW messages. The end-of-message
character needs to be ignored for all CW drivers,
not just some of them.
* Add Kenwood TS-2000 rig driver.
* Add [Kenwood_TS850_Commands] and [Kenwood_TS2000_Commands]
* The Elecraft K3 rig driver's support of two Entry Window
operation is completely redone. It now maps VFOA to one
window and VFOB to the other.
