Bill,
When was the MMTTY plug-in installed (what version of WriteLog)?
The only suggestion I can come up with is to uninstall the MMTTY
plug-in from the Windows Control Panel, edit the writelog.ini file
in the virtual store location to remove any references to the
plug-in (an old version of the plug-in has no knowledge of the
virtual store) and reboot your computer completely.
After rebooting, download a fresh copy of the MMTTY plug-in,
install it (try "run as administrator") then start WriteLog
as normal and reconfigure RTTYrite to use MMTTY. You should be
asked for the path to MMTTY - make sure that is correct.

If you want to do further tracking, check permissions on the
C:\MMTTY directory. The error message is coming from MMTTY.
MMTTY is operating on inherited permissions ... it is four levels
away from the initial user (Writelog, RTTYrite, MMTTY Plug-in,
then MMTTY). Make sure that all of the necessary permissions
are inheritable.
