Also, go into writelog.ini and under [CONFIGURATION] look for a line like
this:
MRU_LENGTH=4
This line may not be there in the default load. If it's not there, add it
anywhere under [CONFIGURATION]. It must use capital letters exactly as
above. Set the number to 6, or greater if you wish. This controls how many
past contests get displayed when you first bring the program up. There is
plenty of room for ten or more to be displayed. This will not help you find
an old one however - if you increase the number it will start filling up the
list from the time you change the number onward - it does not go backwards.
In any OS before Vista, just search for *.WL and you should find all your
contests. All I know about Vista and Windoze 7 is the OS hides stuff, I
don't know where. There are experts on this reflector who do know where.
Vista and W7 are persona-non-grata at this QTH and that goes double for the
ham shack...
