[WriteLog] [Report] section in Writelog.INI

At the top of my writelog.ini file, I found the following:

[Report]
Call=AD1C
section=6

Is this some numerical index for my ARRL section?  I don't know if it
represents EMA or CO.  How do I change it to CO?
