If you're talking about the CQ WPX RTTY contest the template in not in the
"CQ" section of the listed contests. It's down toward the bottom in the "W"
section listed as "World Wide RTTY WPX".
I had to ask in order to find it.

I'm using version 10.68H. The screen for the upcoming CQ RTTY test seems to
want me to enter the RST, zone and qth of the received station. The 2008
rules for this contest reads the exchange should be RST, plus progressive
three digit serial number starting with 001. Perhaps I am missing something
here. If I am please direct me to get the correct setup for this contest.
