[WriteLog] ANARTS Cabrillo

Where do we find the fix for the "greyed out" Cabrillo file maker in Writelog?  

This also makes me wonder if my score is correct.  I had about 185 contacts 
(+/-) and my score was over 360,000 points.  Does that sound right?  

Any help would be appreciated.
