Oops...WAE RTTY can send QTC's to all stations. I guess WL is broken in
that regards.

Hi At the weekend I found I couldn't sent qtc's to North and Central
America, I am using WL ver 10.57. I haven't updated recently so it might
have been fixed in a later edition. I cannot see where I have gone wrong.
