[WriteLog] Writelog and the IARU

Just a note to day that we set up Writelog in advance of the contest [ read 
that...we tested it in advance of the contest to make sure it worked up to our 
specification ] and used in it the IARU this weekend at K9SD with not even a 
hint of a problem.  Its a wonderful contesting program.  Period.
