I'm not familiar with the LABEL field, but the usual way to
make large changes in an adif is to use the global search
and replace feature in a word processor.
For example, open the adif file with Wordpad, and then
edit/replace/find what/<LABEL:1>N/replace
with/<LABEL:1>Y/replace all/ok
Make sure you back up the original file, because global
search and replace makes massive changes in the blink of an
eye.
