[WriteLog] Show Multipliers #2

Not only can I not open the Show Multipliers window, even worse WL now does
not score ANY station as a multiplier!  Not sure how I messed this up as it
seems a pretty straight forward operation - unzipped the namedmul.ini file
into the Programs directory.  Never had a problem before.  Is the file name
right?  I seem to recall it was namedmult not namedmul.  Help please!
