As I publicly chastised Ron, K5DJ for his non-responsiveness, I'll
publicly apologize now.
After not getting any responses via my primary email account (this one)
I sent him email from a Yahoo account and he responded very quickly.
There seems to be some email filtering going on between his ISP and mine.
For anyone who has not gotten a response from Ron - set up a
"throw-away" email account and send copies via it.
