[WriteLog] Shortcut to copy highlighted call to Entry window

Hello group!

Is there a shortcut to copy the last hightlighted Callsign to the Entry Window
just like the Insert key does? INS works fine for calling CQ, but when S&Ping
I'd like to have the same feature so that I don't need the mouse. Ideally it
would send my F4 message as well.
