Just heard from PJ2T - they had it again this weekend as well. It seems to
occur after quite a few hours of operating - shutting down the bandmap and
just using the spots window solved their problem for this contest.
Best guess from here is it takes a large log to get this to happen. As the
log gets big - Bandmap.exe needs more CPU to check what color to make each
spot - at some point things bog down to where network timeouts start and
down it all goes.
