Have to wonder if the operating system has enough IRQs available to handle
the 8 physical ports?

Looks like assuming $30, after you've bought 8 of them, you'll be out of
about $240 plus shipping.  Not sure Michael, but $179 sounds a bit cheaper.

The price didn't amaze me, it was 8 ports on one unit.

Belkin makes USB-Serial adapters for 30.00-40.00.

For those of yall who read the DXLab reflector, disregard.  But for those
looking for USB to serial adapters, AA6YQ uses this successfully with his
DXKeeper database for USB to serial port conversion.

Certainly this will run just about everything possible in your shack and the
price on a google search was only like $179.00

Anyone using this or seen this?
